I think in systems.
Right out of college, I spent a year helping at-risk youth transition out of "the system" and into "the real world." During a training on the emotional challenges our residents faced, the instructor said, "It's not rocket science." He was right. It was harder.
That instinct still shapes how I work. Today I run Strata Studio, building software and helping business owners make practical technology and AI decisions. My background in enterprise product management, healthcare, and identity informs what I build.
I like getting close enough to a problem to understand how the work really happens, then turning that understanding into something people can use. That means customer conversations, prototypes, technical decisions, and staying involved after launch.
